In the UK, the National Association of Chartered Paediatric Physiotherapy Conference will be held in November (date to be confirmed very soon). This will be a hybrid event.
The call for abstracts will be coming in March with a deadline end of May 2022. Open to members and non members.

This came at a good time for me, and your perspective gave me a few things to reconsider. You framed the trade-offs honestly, which is something plenty of posts conveniently skip.
